In Order to exchange an item, please REPURCHASE the item/ size that you are wanting from our website and we will ship it out to you immediately.
With so many orders going through our website at random times, we will no longer be saving items due to other online customers purchasing before we're able to remove the size that the customer making the exchange was asking for.
NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS?
Shipping addresses can be changed after an order is submitted, but we have to be notified the SAME DAY the order was purchased. Please include the order number & the correct address.
If we are NOT notified & the package has already been shipped, the person at fault is the purchaser & there will be NO REFUNDS.
CATTLE CALL ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online.
After purchasing an item, shipping will take around 5-8 business days and a confirmation email will be sent out with the tracking number whenever it has shipped. After the order has arrived to the designated place, then you will have 5 days to contact Cattle Call at moshopmofun@gmail.com for a return label if there is not already one provided.
To make a return, item(s) MUST be sent back to Cattle Call within 30 days of the ship date. Items MUST be returned WITH TAGS and undamaged/unworn. If item(s) are returned without tags or are damaged/worn, you will not receive reimbursement.
Once Cattle Call receives the returned item within 30 days after the purchase was made, then the customer will be reimbursed, which will take up to 3 business days.
